I require customers to create an account to purchase files from our shop so that they will have access to purchased designs.
No, all of our products are DIGITIAL DOWNLOADS. You are not purchasing a physical product like a t-shirt, hat, or bag. A physical product will NOT be mailed or sent to you. Purchases do not include a physical CD or USB.
You MUST have an embroidery machine to use our embroidery products and/or access to a software to print, insert or design images for our graphics.
Due to the digital nature of our designs, we do not offer refunds. If you are having issues, are not satisfied, or need any help at all with one of our designs or fonts, please email us at sewcutefonts@gmail.com so that we can help solve or discuss the issue you may have with the design or font.
For embroidery designs: File formats will vary from design to design, please double check the description. Most formats included are but not limited to DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, SEW, VIP, and XXX.

You may not use any customer provided photos on any media outlet without written consent.
All designs purchased on Etsy will only be accessible via your Etsy account.
